Privacy & Cookies
01Who we are
Lambda Negotiations (Dr. Lemonia Papadopoulou-Kelidou, Athens, Greece) is responsible, as data controller, for the personal data described in this notice. For any question about your data, write to info@lambdanegotiations.com.
02What we collect, and why
Enquiry forms
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, organisation and phone number (if you give them), your preferred way of being contacted, your message, the page you wrote from, and the date, time and wording of the consent you gave. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to work together, to prepare a proposal. We email you a copy of what you sent. The legal bases are your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Newsletter
When you subscribe we keep your email address, the page you subscribed from, and the date, time and wording of your consent, and we email you a confirmation. We use your address only to send occasional perspectives on negotiation, strategic communication and decisions. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
Analytics, only if you accept
If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. These tools do not use cookies, do not follow you across other websites, and do not identify you; they report aggregate figures such as pages visited, referring site, country and device type. If you decline, they are not loaded.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and keep it secure. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a reliable and safe website (Article 6(1)(f)).
03Who receives your data
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. It is processed on our behalf by the providers that host this website, store form submissions and deliver our emails, under agreements that require them to protect it. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; such transfers rely on safeguards recognised by the European Commission, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
04How long we keep it
- Enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address, marked as unsubscribed, so that we never email you again.
- Consent records: for as long as we need to show that consent was given.
05Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before; for emails, the simplest way is the unsubscribe link at the foot of every message. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@lambdanegotiations.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
06Cookies and similar technologies
The public pages of this website set no cookies.
- Your cookie choice. When you accept or decline analytics, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (under the name “ln-cookie-consent”) so that we do not ask again. This is strictly necessary to respect your choice.
- Analytics. Loaded only after you accept, and cookieless, as described above.
- Sign-in. The account area used by the site's administrators sets session cookies when someone signs in. They are strictly necessary for signing in and are not set for visitors.
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.
07Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date below.
